Christmas a Child’s Perspective.

August 21st, 2008

Christmas is really fun with all the presents and stuff, but the really important part is the birth of Jesus. His mother Mary had him in a stable and did a good job raising him to be a good guy. When he got older he made sure everyone was ok and is the son of God. Now on Christmas we celebrate his birthday and everyone is happy.

The Benefits of LED Christmas Lights.

August 21st, 2008

This year you should really consider using the new LED Christmas lights, the benefits far outweigh the cost of purchasing new lights. First of all they use much less power that will save you money on your electric bill, and as long as they don’t get broken they won’t burn out like the old traditional Christmas lights. Another big benefit is that they don’t burn as hot as normal lights do, which reduces your risk of fire. They also make many cool styles and some even have very nice effects like changing color. If you can fit it in your Christmas budget this year would be a great time to make the change to LED Christmas lights.

Make Decorating a Family Affair

August 20th, 2008

I have found that the spirit of Christmas really starts to set in when we begin decorating our home, and the best way to spread that spirit to the whole family is if everyone participates in the process. Don’t make it like work, and don’t get hung up on little details of perfection. Let the kids make their own decorations and help in every aspect. Make it a fun family decorating party for everyone to enjoy, with this approach you can fill the whole family with holiday spirit for the upcoming Christmas season and set the mood for the days to follow.
