Many people I talk with are concerned about spending money this Christmas with the current state of our economy, some want to be cautious and wait until it improves. My response is always the same; it is never going to improve if we don’t spend. Our government played a big part in why we have the problem to begin with and if you’re waiting for them to fix it you’ll grow old and never see the day.
We as a free people in a free market have the power to improve our economy by enjoying the Christmas holiday and spending lots of money on all those gifts. Don’t let fear control your holiday, enjoy it with your friends and family.
If we don’t spend money this Christmas the economic crisis will get worse and more jobs will be lost and our economy will continue to decline. So if you have it “Spend Baby Spend” if you don’t have it you may want to cut back a bit. We the people decide if our economy will do an upturn or continue to decline.

Who has been naughty and who has been nice? He’s checking his list and checking it twice. The truth be known Santa can send a message to those who have only been a little bit naughty with a gift of Christmas coal. The long standing tradition of giving a lump of coal as a Christmas gift can be a lot of fun or used to send a message to a child that has been a bit naughty. Since it’s not really a good idea to give real coal the gift has transformed to imitation coal, candy or even bubble gum. Regardless of which kind you decide on, giving it as a gift this Christmas can add a little more fun and make opening those presents a bit more interesting.
