http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,576087,00.html
Since 1954 it has been a tradition for the residents of North Pole, Alaska to answer letters to Santa and even sometimes helping those less fortunate, however this year that all comes to an end. The Postal Service will no longer deliver those letters to North Pole, Alaska, instead those letters will simply be placed in a recycling bin or taken out with the trash. The Postal Service says it’s and issue of security and efficiency, needless to say many in this small Alaskan town are upset by the new policy, instead of being able to spread Christmas joy to those who they were able to help, it is all coming to an end. Whether you agree with the new policy or not, I just wanted to let you know exactly where those letters to Santa are going this year.
